Knight Time Technology

This hands-on session will introduce participants on how to incorporate video and others forms of non-fiction, informational text to introduce or emphasize specific topics, stimulate critical thinking and debate, and enliven instructional material with over 15,000 multimedia resources spanning 80 years of television. This set of resources will enable participants to provide a contextual historical perspective along with timely aspects that bring the real world to the classroom and the students to the world. In addition to daily current events, the website features content tied to every content area as well as original series such as the “Science of NFL Football”, “Science of Golf” and “Science and Engineering of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games.”
