As the first point of contact for students and staff with tech problems at East Noble High School, the Media Center is a busy hub of activity. This informal presentation will provide an overview of the types of problems that are encountered each day, explain the basic troubleshooting procedures that are followed, and describe the process for resolving computer issues in a "customer-service" based environment.
